RPA are frequently retained by our clients to manage their projects through the construction phase. As Contract Administrator we inspect the progress of the works, checking that the work is compliant both with our details but also statutory regulations, discuss and deal with the problems which are always encounted on site and generally ensure the smooth running of the project through to delivery of the completed building.
We value and certify the works monthly to maintain the contractors payments and to ensure that work paid for is work that not only has been carried out but is completed to a satisfactory standard. On completion of the project we sort out the snagging and return of retentions following the end of the defects liability period.
A good project is where both the Client and Contractor are equally proud of the final product!
