In 1994 the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations was enacted creating the role of Planning Supervisor and Principal Contractor. RPA have understood the importance of the role of Planning Supervisor and recognize the onerous obligations placed on the client enforced by Criminal Law.
RPA are undertaking this role both in parallel to and separately from architectural commissions. ln reflection of the practice's professionalism the principal Richard Pierpoint has undertaken full time training and is a member of the Institute of Planning Supervisors, the only professional body to require extensive relevant experience and test by examination for membership. RPA believe that this gives clients confidence in their ability in this relatively new role, which RPA carry out in a practical, balanced manner.
Commissions are achieved from a steady stream of recommendations made by satisfied clients who appreciate the standards RPA set and the results achieved.
