As a multifaceted practice we property manage a number of our own properties. This has led to undertaking Building Defect Surveys for private and commercial clients. We are able to survey building failures due to storm damage, structural, or delapidation. We are able to resolve the cause, recommend remedial actions provide specifications and drawings. When appropriate we also tender the works, appoint and supervise the carrying out of the remedial works on site.
